Weekend Tune: Portishead – Roads

Ohh, can’t anybody see
We’ve got a war to fight
Never found our way
Regardless of what they say

Trip hop/downtempo mood. Portishead is Bristol based trip hop band formed in 1991. Most of their tracks are gloomy, scary, sad, and depressed kind of sound. It gives you uneasy feeling. But it feels right at this moment. Taken from the first album Dummy (1994), “Roads” isn’t popular like “Glory Box” and “Sour Times”.

Happy weekend, guys!
